Tiger’s support document database

At Tiger, we have always been committed to providing our customers with the best possible assistance in finding the right TIGER products and using them correctly – whether through online or telephone help or by providing installation and assembly instructions. Previously, these documents could be found on the individual product pages on our website.

However, over time we have received feedback from users that it is sometimes difficult to find the right document. That’s why we have now combined all of our product documentation and catalogs in a central database, which can be found at the following URL: https://docs.tiger.de

Searching for and downloading product files in PDF or DXF format is now much easier. In case the document you’re looking for doesn’t exist or you’re missing something specific, the viewing page provides a notification option. So you can simply send us an email and we will get back to you immediately.

This new platform makes it easier to maintain and update product information to provide support for both our current and legacy products.
